• BCIN Certification is recommended
• 1-5 years of professional experience
• Ability to prepare design and construction documents
• Coordinate with other staff members as well as coordinating with engineering consultants (MEP, Structural)
• Disciplined and organized - able to regularly check your own work for accuracy, omissions, and legibility
• Comfortable navigating code documents - familiarity with the Ontario Building Code encouraged
• Proficient in Revit, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Intermediate or basic Lumion knowledge is encouraged
